How to do: Arm Circle Slider

Start in high plank position, with both hands on sliders. Slide one arm forward, and then make a large arc as you slide right arm around and to the right side of your body. Push back to starting position and repeat on the other side. (Think: Wax on, wax off.) Make it easier: Drop to your knees. Make it harder: Slide both hands up and around at the same time.
