Stand on your left leg, left knee slightly bent. Bend forward at the hips, let your right leg come up naturally until leg and chest are parallel to the floor. Swing your arms forward, raise your chest, and push your left foot off the floor, bring the right knee up toward your chest. Land softly on left foot again, lower back slowly into the bent-over position. Moving leg is off the floor and repeat. Make it easier: After landing, let your right toes tap floor before bending over again. Place your fingertips on the ground to help balance when your leg is extended behind you.
