Begin standing with a kettlebell in between your feet. Bend your knees to grasp the kettlebell with your right hand. In one continuous motion, draw the bell up over your chest and receive the bell overhead with your right arm straight. At the top, straighten your legs. Hold a moment before returning the bell.
