How to do: Explosive Scissor Push-ups

Start on your hands and feet in a full plank position. Lift your left leg and lower your chest into a push-up position. Then, explosively push your whole body, including your hands, off the ground while swapping your left raised leg with the right one mid-air in a scissor motion. Return to a lowered push-up position with your left leg on the ground and your right leg raised. Repeat with your right leg raised.
