How to do: L Rope Climb

Reach up onto the rope with your hands. Climb the rope hand over hand using your core to bring your legs up into an L position. Re-grip the rope hand over hand and continue to the top. If you can't create the L shape, just climbing the rope without your feet is quite the challenge!
