How to do: Dislocators
Holding a band or stick in both hands, with enough space between hands for comfort, keeping arms straight, raise in front of body, over head while raising shoulders, and back down behind. You may need to adjust the location of your hands for more space. Keep arms straight. Bring arms back up, over, and down in front for one rep.
