Description

Get on all fours, knees hip-width apart. Wrists and shoulders in line. Point your left toes and extend the leg back, foot toward the ceiling. Then, lower the leg to tap the floor. Then raise the leg back up before lowering to tap the floor one foot to the right of the opposite leg. Return to start. Remember to squeeze your glutes during the movement.
