Description

Hold a curling bar over your chest, with your palms facing up and away from you and your arms fully extended. Grip the bar with your hands spaced 4 to 6 inches apart. Keeping your upper arms stationary, slowly bend your elbows, lowering the weight toward the top of your head. Then slowly return the bar to the starting position.
