Description

Lie down on back head under anchor point place one hand in each stirrup. Bring legs into a table top position, extend arms straight by your side, push down into the stirrups. Keep left leg in table top position extend right leg directly towards the ceiling. Begin to slowly lower right leg down towards the ground the lift right leg back up
