Head back to the bench. Stand so that the bench is on your right side. Place right foot on bench towards the top. Right foot should be in the middle of the bench. Putting weight in right heel push hips back so knee is stacked over ankle. Keeping right leg bent begin to lift left foot up over bench steppibg left foot down on the opposite side on the bench. Being left foot back to right side
