How to do: Dumbbell Sumo Squats

Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand between your legs. With your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and toes pointed outward at 45+ degree angles, perform a squat. You can also do this with move holding only one dumbbell with both hands!
