Description

Step into the hyperextension machine and begin with your body bent over the edge. If you choose to use weight, pick up your weight and hold it close to your upper chest area. Then, lift your torso until your body is in a straight line. There's no need to go beyond. Lower your torso back down over the edge and repeat.
