How to do: Dumbbell Woodchops

Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, bending at the knees. Hold a dumbbell with both hands. Move the weight diagonally across your body as if you were chopping wood. Switch sides after a few reps. This total body move works your legs, abs and shoulders!
