Stand on your left leg with the right leg bent at 90 degrees in front of you and hands on your hips. Keeping your left leg straight throughout the entire exercise, take a giant step with your right foot out to the side and lunge. Then push off the right leg back to your standing position. Try to catch your balance before you repeat the exercise.
