I'm new here and gonna give this a try I want to loose a few pounds before my cruise in December and tone up as much as possible... Anyone have any other apps that are good to use holla at me. :) thx

Welcome! I'd recommend starting with three to four workouts per week. As long as you are consistent you will hit your goals. Good luck and enjoy your cruise!
