I downloaded this app a few days ago & love it do far and I only have the free version. I was wondering if you could recommend some of your favorite workouts on here?

This is pretty easy but I actually see the difference in very short time: 

Jumping rope is always good for you (there is a jump rope -challenge for 30days going on):

Burpees with a push up and star jump included. Those will crush you! I enjoy the challenge.

Burpees are no joke lol. Anytime you incorporate any other exercise with the burpee your asking for punishment haha
