Hey everyone my question is how long before an exercise session should you not eat and at night when is the best time to stop eating?

2-3 hours before a workout... Before bed also about 2-3 hours. If you sleep on a full tummy while your food is digesting you going to have serious tummy pains in the middle of the night. Protein shake on liquid before bed is fine

Protein shakes before bed work great if you workout out. Because it repairs the muscle fibers that are stretched during a workout while you asleep.
