They do by increasing core strength. will be a lil sore initially but you will see improvements. Also stretch it a must.

Stretching and posture awareness do wonders for back pain. Research some stretches that target upper/lower back where ever the pain is. When sitting down and driving make sure your sitting with your back straight and not hunched. Hope this helps. Feel better soon!

Sometimes when the hamstrings are tight and overworked and in need of a stretch and or roll out on foam roller. This can cause back pain

Childs pose, Cat, Cow, Cobra & Sphinx - they're stretches/yoga poses..

Definitely use a roller to loosen the muscles. Yoga is great, after it starts to feel better make sure to continue working your core and posterior chain.
