booty bootcamp, it definitely improves my running. I also like ab boot camp and any other core exercises.

I really enjoy climbing. When I do a normal workout I tend to put very little focus on my arms because it's just plain boring. But, climbing helps me work my shoulders and arms without thinking about it.

I like lifting things from the ground. Even a baby weight makes you feel like you are strong as phuck haha

You should know what i am talking about bryan. Even a light deadlift, powerclean or barbel row makes you feel like you just really did something haha

Abs bike crunches, spiderman press ups, L chin-ups, & scorpion planks. Difficult, dynamic, & damn painful! LOVE 'EM!!

To feel strong nothing beats squats even if they are done weightless!! To feel calm nothing beats yoga!!
