I like lifting things from the ground. Even a baby weight makes you feel like you are strong as phuck haha
Push ups, sit ups! and squats.
Free weights. I dont care much for cardio but when I do, I do stairmaster.
Abs bike crunches, spiderman press ups, L chin-ups, & scorpion planks. Difficult, dynamic, & damn painful! LOVE 'EM!!

To feel strong nothing beats squats even if they are done weightless!! To feel calm nothing beats yoga!!
