New to exercising, in need of buddy!
I'm 23 and out of shape. Since I met my boyfriend I've been spoiled. We go out to dinner almost every night. I've gained a bad 10lbs. I'm 5' and 95lbs. I have a dog that I walk with and I do at least 6000 steps at work. I can't seem to get the motivation to be fit again, I want to get back to 85lbs but toned, too. And I need to drink water. Can anyone help keep me in line?
One think I do when going out to dinner is when I order I get a doggie bag and split my meal in half keeps me from over eating and have lunch made. To motivate my self I have pictures around from when I was a heavy kid .
Just think healthy when u go out instead of fried go for grilled or baked an if its to late stay out of the way of carbs good luck
