New here! Any advices are welcome
Hi everyone im new in this and im traying to loose as much weight as I can and get my butt lift and loose the ugly love handles as they call it, To start im leaving the soda, tortillas and bread and do a work out every day any advices please?
to reach your goal, you need to keep motivated.. don't give up. just stay motivated.. and there are many ways to keep motivated in this ..
Cardio to lose weight especially HIT training :) but all round workouts are available :) xx
