Health for me. I am in great shape already but am determined to resolve back issues i have this year with a combination of yoga stretching and chiropractic care

Get a 6 pack ;) oh and get into better shape. Whould be awesome to get my resting puls below 40. It's 44 now. Also 100 pushups and 200 situps whould be awesome :D

I'm on a 6week6pack Challenge with a build in training program and diet. I need to loose 7-9% body fat. I think I can loose at least 0.5% body fat every week. So in worst case I'll have 6 pack in 18 weeks. In Best case 7 weeks :)

To lose up to 30 pounds. And tone up and lose the extra fat from havin a baby :)

Get more mucule in my arms and mid body. I need to be able to punch my twin and hurt him. So far, he just laughs at me. :(
