I NEED HELP TO GET MY CALF MUSCLES BACK STRONG AND ABS SHOWING. ANY SUGGESTIONS ??

Cardio exercises are best for burning fat and building lean muscle. To tone up throw in some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises.

These exercises give you that great mix of cardio and strength training in one workout. HIIT exercises force you to work hard in short intense spurts with little recovery time.

I built my HIIT exercise (Core Blast) from workouts I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com If you like it checkout Core Abs & Stretches, Cardio Fight Club HIIT, MAX Tabata Test, or 5 Min Arms & Abs they're fun and challenging.

As for calves try Holiday Hops, Go Go Gadget Legs!, or Leaping Legs

Calf raises and jogging are great for your calves!!

For your abs P90x: Ab Ripper X... Calves do calf raises and skipping also Leaping Legs. And please add some resistance.. Abs and calves are muscle like any other muscle so don't be afraid to add resistance... I have no idea why people just your gravity to build those muscles
