Start off easy like maybe just 5 minutes of a workout (consist of 2-4 exercises of 30s each) that you really like or find it simple then increase the time by 1 min every week or increase the reps. Just do whatever you find it fun for a start and automatically you will challenge yourself with harder workouts! Make working out a fun thing and enjoy the sweat,fatigue and benefits you'll have after that:)

pick a program here that you want to start up and use your work-out music to get you motivated while doing it....wait! dont forget to take a cardio work-out first for atleast 10mins before jumping to other program...
