Hi. I just got this cause I'm tired of the way I look. The only problem is I really don't know how to work out "effectively". Any suggestions on a good workout program, or mabey what workouts you do in a week. My goal is to lose my extra weight and build in my arms and core

Dumbbell Triceps Explosion That's for your triceps. For your biceps do standing dumbell curls.   3 sets of ten reps... Lift a weight that fatigues your muscles after 10 reps... For your lower delts do dumbell side raises. 3 sets of 10 reps. For your core P90x: Ab Ripper X.. If you want to loose weight after resistance training go for a 45 min walk... Great for your metabolism... Keep your self on a good diet.

I have no equipment at all. I try to do only bodyweight exercises
