Well if u eat right and keep a set schedule u can do anything just workout all areas of ur body that u want to lose weight the most and goodluck

Most definitely if u workout 5 days of the week on everything on body u should be able to eat anything u want just small portion of it not to much, that I do im work freak love to have a nice body

Follow exerxcises i did from d first....i lost arnd 4 kilos in 4 mnths...nw im in good shape...keep trying different exercises...n do cardio everyday or on alternate days...al d best...
