Get yourself in a yoga class... Really great for flexibility and stress relief

No magic solution, you just have to do a lot of stretching. I usually stretch when I'm watching TV.

Hi! Look.. the more your stretching lasts, the more flexibility you get. I mean if you wanna touch your feet, for example, try it! And don't rest until you give a little more than you could.. and keep trying ;) Good luck!
