Exercise you hate/dislike most???

There are lots of exercises I hate but one good example is renegade row with squat thrust and of course those jumps.... the thuck jumps!!!

I think shoulders is the biggest pain in the ass. on Wednesday I do that flying motion birds make keeping my arms straight with two 25 lb dum bells. the soreness that comes from that work out is painful and can be tough to deal with. it feels awkward to even have arms lol...

Push ups... they are embarrassing to me... i don't have too much upper body strength!!

The exercise I hate the most i hate not because it is too hard but because it feels pointless and dangerous to me, and those are side lunges. They never feel like they're working anything, just awkward and like my knees are gonna blow out any second. I don't do them. Maybe it's just me! Oh and I hate any exercise with instructions too complicated to understand from reading.

Sit ups, pull ups and burpees. I can do a lot of crunches but never sit ups. I don't do em anymore because it makes me feel that I'm really useless haha. Same thing for pull ups. Burpees... Just plain hate. No why.

Burpees and Russian twists. But they're worth doing. But for some reason I love mountain climbers lol
