Hey 15 year olds ! I'm trying to get my stomach and calf muscles back. I'm at my moms house this summer so I don't have any gym equipment. .. So. Yea. Any workouts you have for me. I wanna do those 100 jumping hacks or push-up for 7 days. Pm me
