Advice for a beginner?

I want to lose like at least 100 pounds and build most body structure ( muscles etc. ) what workouts work out best, haha.

Ethan my advice to you is dont overwork yourself.... Slow and steady will get you to your goal.. Loosing weight takes months and also building muscle so don't rush... You rush then you going to expect results soon and it won't happen... So take your time.. Enjoy it... It'll be worth it exercising with a workout buddy to motivate each other it's also fine to do it by yourself... So that's my advice... And if you want to loose weight the simplist way and also very effective go to my topics and view 'so you have belly fat and you want abs ' follow my advice there... People have been getting results fast if you read the posts on it... So good luck !! Welcome aboard !!
