I am a new person who has joined this app, hoping to get fit, but the thing is that I have no time for it, just 10mins or so only.. So um do you people have any suggestion as to how to go with it?
I'm 6'2" and 87kgs and currently in 11th grade. So all I usually do is studies. But I do take 2min break every 2 hours for rest. =] and all this kinda stuff. Lol. Like checking facebook etc. ..
