Hello Everyone,
I am a new person who has joined this app, hoping to get fit, but the thing is that I have no time for it, just 10mins or so only.. So um do you people have any suggestion as to how to go with it?

I'm 6'2" and 87kgs and currently in 11th grade. So all I usually do is studies. But I do take 2min break every 2 hours for rest. =] and all this kinda stuff. Lol. Like checking facebook etc. ..

If you have 10 minutes everyday, you can easily squeeze in really short and intense workouts, some that even equal like 30mins-1hr of a normal workout. 

Basically, just browse through workouts and choose the short and intense ones. I obviously have more time to workout so I can't really recommend any super short and intense ones.
