The workout "Simple Yoga Stretchs" is really good for people who want to get more flexible!

I workout first to get my muscles warmed up. I stretch my legs and glutes by spreading legs and leaning into them. Standing with my nose at my knees till I can pull myself through my legs. Then repeat when I'm finished working-out
