6 days a week 1 1/2 a day...
I run everyday but mix in weights, abs, and swimming.
Every day I do some type of exercise.
5 sometimes 6 45 minutes to1 hour
About an hour to 2 hours everyday.
Mon - Fri I try to do at least 2-2 1/2 hrs then Sat at least an hr..Sun is always rest day
