30-40 mins monday, wednesday, friday and saturday :)

Mon - Fri I try to do at least 2-2 1/2 hrs then Sat at least an hr..Sun is always rest day 😉

Cardio everyday (20mins), workout 3 times a week (30-60mins). I keep everything short and intense.
