Since I started working in a fast food restaurant, I feel like I've gained a couple of pounds and would like to get back on the right track. Need some fat burner routines just in general. No specific body part.
Short strength focused tabata or interval workouts. Running and biking are wast of time. You might want to go fore a 1 hour slow walk 3mph it might burn some fat without muscle loss. 10 minutes (same speed on an empty stomach in the morning will let you burn fat to :)
