Im 28, I have a preferably high metabolism rate. As with everybody who ages it's slowing down, it's kept me from being obese but it won't be around forever. Plus I'm tired of a normal body. I plan to push myself everyday until I'm not only fit but built. My legs are my one thing I really don't have to work out on much because my job has me on my feet lifting pushing and pulling 9 hours straight. So my workouts is going to focus on chest and abs. And of course a bit on arms
