21 year old with serious motivation problem and a habit for eating whichever food is the fastest, here. I've been on and off for 3 weeks and am more than happy to offer support. It's hard but, so worth it. When you start seeing results, you'll walk taller, smile brighter and maybe even treat yourself to a new outfit. Also, Im sure you know exercise without some sort of watch of what you eat is almost useless. more green, less grease. :) good luck!
