Hurt my back & neck over past 2wks pushin myself too much anything I could do to keep fitness up & not do more harm than good

Just take it easy and do some light cardio. No need to risk further injury.

Easier said than done took off yesterday evenin for LIGHT walk ended up runnin majority of it have no patience for recovery at all lol

Check the internet and try to find the musccles that are ok workout the muscles around your neck that dont hurt, it will put less stress on the hurt muscle
