So I just got this app and I'm kinda new to it so if ya have any tips on dieting and using this app please give me some advice! And is anyone else doing insanity with me?? Thanks in advance:))

I agree with David in all of that except that ladies should be afraid of weights. Exercising with weights isnt something to be afraid of. All you need to understand is: more weight,less reps = bulk; less weight more reps = tone.

Doing insanity too,and welcome to the skimble community..actually I arrived at day 10,so gud luck to u,well,there is workout for every part of ur body,even cardio,here..and for diet,if u r doing insanity too,just follow the 40%carb,40%protein,and 20 % fat for every meal as long as possible,it works

I just got this app 4 or five days ago.. I have learned a lot of fun exercises for legs and abs. Im so sore I'm walking like an old man.
