Hey I just downloaded this app today... Need some motivation after seeing a few lbs added to that scale! I live in AZ so it's too hot to do anything outside. So I figured this is the next best thing I could do!! Follow me ill follow back. Need the friends!

yeah it's hot but getting in shape is more important lol you just gotta find your motivation and set a goal . you can do it ! :)

Welcome choose to workout an area you are strong in core, legs,  arms etc...then build from there good luck..and remember get some!
