On my treadmill I tried my performance programs and I've noticed a huge difference in my upper thighs where they used to touch each other!

Do yoga it helps really much all the famous girl are doing yoga :D

Cardio every morning at least 5 days a week is a good start! Here are some cardio stuff.
Here are some leg stuff.
