Ok.. well first you have to change your eating habits... that's the main thing... second... try not to focus to much on ab workout... doing more ab workouts will only make your stomach stick out more

You lose water weight while you work out. I lose at least 5 lbs of water weight every time I work out. So its proven.

that is the flow of our body system we have 50-70% water weight in our body.Once our body have adjusted in reducing an accurate amount of water that's the time our body will activate to target those body fats...

I usually start off with HIIT Me With A Carbo Burn every morning to get my body pumped. Plus morning cardio is one of the best methods to burning fat.
