Well I'm not over weight as I am 5'2 at 126lbs. I really just want to strengthen my core, and focus on areas such as my booty, thighs and eating healthy.

Squats... no lie... it's one of the must important workouts anyway

Squats okay did some of those yesterday. Think it was in the thankful thighs workout. Even powered through some regular wall squats as well as walking wall squats. Killer.
