Whats a good workout for legs?

I been doing some but not really feeling them

Lunges,squats,back lunges,side lunges,bulgarian lunges,run hills/stairs,jump rope,step ups. Scissor lunges. More advanced add weights. Start by with 8-10lbs dumbells do 12-16rep of squats &lunges. Pilates with ankle weights. Jumprope for 10min or more-good Cardio. I love leg workouts and these r what has given my toned skin &muscle definition. I go heavy for my lower body 50lbs+..also it will improve your booty:-) well these r all i can think of if i remember more ill post:-)

12-16reps 3 times. Also dealdlifts,goodmornings,leg extensions,kick backs with weights,wall sits.

Are some pretty good leg workouts in addition with some abs.


Are also pretty good full-body with leg focus.
