Hey, so I'm pretty new to this app and so far it's pretty cool. I want to join the USAF but unfortunately I'm over the max weight. Instead of hitting it on the nose, I'd like to have about a 30 pound leeway range(drop abt 35 total). I'll most likely try the workouts on this app out while also doing p90x. If anyone would like to be a workout buddy pls let me know because I know I'll need some support to hit that 30 lb goal.
