Hey everyone I am 23 and from Indiana. I have been on a rollercoaster as far as working out goes. Now that things are slowing down I am getting ready tp start a round of p90x and would love some motivation along the way. If anyone is starting a round as well I start nov 19. Or if u just wanna chat and share goals or whatever im here

Is this ur first time doing P90x? If so,dont over do it, if not good luck. I do p90x as well. I like to mix in an insanity workout and this app as much as possible. If u need anything give me a holler

Thanks alot nate. And no this is my second round but I dont feel like I gave it everything my first round I wanna leave it all on the mat this time and ty for the advice after I get my pace I work on a hybrid schedule

Good luck bro. I always like to throw in a little cardio after those workouts. I have a spin bike so i'll hop on there for 15 r 20. Running or jump rope are always good options. I found doing that always have me better results
