Ive been cleaning up the way I eat, I just started power walking on the treadmill (increasing & decreasing mph as I do it). Any other suggestions??

Cardio is good,but if u want to lose weight ur gonna need to do some weight training. I like to go to the community created workouts for new ideas. In my opinion, thats the best thing about this app, the variety. U dont need equipment for most of them, just body weight. I like the tabatta training. Good luck. The only way to sucseed is to start

There are important rules to follow and if you do you'll lose the muffin top in no time and abs will start showing as soon as you work on toning them up...
I want to lose quick. In July the dr put me on prednisone & I gained 6lbs in 12 days. I was 105lbs before I had my 3rd child, but after I had her I was around 120-125lbs. I dont.want to be 105 again, but my goal is 115. Im currently 131
