Hi everyone... just joined... i am an avid kickboxer and zumba fitness member.. but need some advice on how to get my abs back after a c-section has left me soft : (

I had two babies in 1 year and a half...I know what you mean:)

I'm sure I can help you...How long ago did you give birth?

Lmao... a long time ago, ashamed to say almost 5 years ago but i was a big girl... went in weighing 240 at time of birth : ( yeah eek! Then of course they cut any kind of muscle i had underneath it all. After that although it was the happiest time in my life being mommy, i was battling a depression over how big i was and just felt horrible about myself for too long... finally about a year ago i was tippin the scales at 210 decided to get off my butt and do me... down to 140 now but my mid section is still needing some work for sure.

Yoga is great and so is the exercise called the russian twist which is for love handles. Mid section... Well I'm still working on that too. Lol
