Hi everyone... just joined... i am an avid kickboxer and zumba fitness member.. but need some advice on how to get my abs back after a c-section has left me soft : (
Lmao... a long time ago, ashamed to say almost 5 years ago but i was a big girl... went in weighing 240 at time of birth : ( yeah eek! Then of course they cut any kind of muscle i had underneath it all. After that although it was the happiest time in my life being mommy, i was battling a depression over how big i was and just felt horrible about myself for too long... finally about a year ago i was tippin the scales at 210 decided to get off my butt and do me... down to 140 now but my mid section is still needing some work for sure.
