yes it is hard to monitor the number of calories you consume per day and it's hard because sometimes there are so many thing I would love to eat right now

Thts true! I do hv good self control! It I diet, I make sure I stick to it! Bt I'm nt sure if I'm eating all the right things in the right amount! I hvnt gone to a nutritionist yet! I'm using this app called diet point! I follow a diet Frm there makin sme alterations of my own

have a diet is the best way to lose weight without forgetting the exercise. If it really is a problem I think it is a good idea to go see a nutritionist he will gives you advice on what diet would be better for your health conditions. If you need motivation follows me I'll follow you in my return
