I could have pushed myself harder but it was my first workout. It wasnt bad. It got my heart rate up, thats for sure. Ive never herd of a reverse crunch, I liked it :). Im gunna do another workout right before bed. I really need to lose weight. Any tips on eating right?

Way to go Tiana!!!!!! Keep it up. I would forgo the working out before bed though. Might keep u up tonight. Maybe something in the morning like some easy yoga to start ur day

Great! I do the program on the days they r scheduled & I walk the treadmill on my "off" days

I thought if I worked out after supper id help myself more since dinner is my main meal? Me and my baby girl used to go on walks amost everyday, shed be in her stroller but its gettin cold and im gettin lazy :(. Thanks everyone for support :)

I got mine at a yard sale jyst b/c it was cheap-thinking I'd never need it. I guess I thought wrong
